What if we print more or less than expected?
You pay for the pages you print. There is no penalty for a quiet month, and busy months simply reflect real usage. If your volumes change a lot, we right-size the plan.
Is toner really included?
Yes. Toner is part of the per-page rate and we deliver it before you run out, so you never buy cartridges separately.
What happens if the machine breaks?
Servicing, parts and call-outs are included. You log a call and we attend to it, there are no separate repair bills.
Can we rent instead of buy?
Yes. Qualifying machines are available on a monthly rental through Sunlyn, so there is no large upfront outlay.
Do we have to be in Pretoria or Durban?
No. We supply and support managed print in Pretoria, Durban and nationwide.
